ISUF (urbanform.org) is the international organization of urban form for researchers and practitioners. It was inaugurated in 1994, bringing together urban morphologists worldwide. It seeks to advance research and practice in fields concerned with the built environment. Members are drawn from several disciplines, including architecture, geography, history, sociology and town planning.

ISUF organizes conferences, publishes the journal Urban Morphology and provides an international framework for communication between members.

ISUF POLAND

Since the 1990s, researchers from the Polish school of urban morphology have published in Urban Morphology (Koter, Kulesza 1999; 2010) and participated in conferences organised by ISUF (Birmingham 1997, Florence 1999). The Polish Network of Urban Morphology (ISUF POLSKA, Polska Sieć Morfologii Urbanistycznej) as an organisation, has been evolving since 2016 and primarily promotes and develops research concerning the morphology of urban and rural settlement. It also helps in the dissemination of research findings locally and internationally, as well as between disciplines. Its members - geographers and architects - conduct individual and team research in relation to Urban Morphology.”
